I (modern paper) + 138 + I (modern paper), modern foliation 2-139, 301 × 207 (210 × 105-107) mm., 35 long lines, 1-168 1710 (the first and last folios of the quire are tipped in), plain horizontal catchwords at the center bottom, ruled by three perpendicular folds 50 mm. apart, written by one person, humanistic cursive. Decoration: there are 2ߚline initials and running titles in the ink of the text throughout. Binding, green parchment over early paper boards, leather label on spine with "Franc. Petr. rerum memoriam". ff. 1-135v, Petrarch, Rerum memorandarum libri , title "Francisci Petrarce laureati rerum memorandarum liber primus incipit. De otio et solitudine, Capitulum primum", inc.
