The scrapbook contains photograph, clippings, rosters, newsletters and memoranda. The box contains loose photographs, a 1952 article about the formation of the band, caps worn by the band in different eras, and miscellaneous material.

1 folder (2 p.) Letter dated November 23, 1946: Includes description of several fraternity houses' antics before the Stanford-Berkeley football game. Charles Albert Noble, 1867-1962, served as a Professor in the Dept. of Mathematics at the University of California from 1897-1937. He published mathematical papers on boundary values, differential equations, and the curve of concentration of a liquid solution, and also published widely on the teaching of mathematics in secondary schools, and the training of teachers of mathematics in California, Germany, France, and England. He was a founding member of the Kosmos Club, and a charter member of the Faculty Club at the University of California.

Natalie Cohen scrapbooks and albums, 1953-1959.
Cohen, Natalie, 1912-
Materials mainly document her trips to California for class reunions, Rose Bowl games, etc. 1953 vol. documents trip to Philadelphia for Cal-Pennsylvania game there. Contains primarily athletic programs and material re class reunions, but also photos of friends and places visited, menus (and some matchbooks) of restaurants she went to, theater programs for plays seen on her trips, etc. Natalie Cohen was a member of the University of California, Berkeley Class of 1934. She remained active in her class and was a great supporter of Cal athletics.

Oliver Family Photograph Collection
The Oliver Collection consists of approximately 2700 glass plate negatives and photographic prints taken mainly by amateur photographer William Letts Oliver and his son Roland L. Oliver. The photographs date from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. Subjects include maritime and yachting scenes, views of California and San Francisco Bay area, University of California at Berkeley, mining, logging, the Bohemian Grove, and the Oliver family. Also of note are earlier photographs of Chile and Peru dating from 1860 to 1867. Includes approx. 70 photographic negatives and prints of Cal Football players dating from 1899.

Contains photographs of architecture students, women students (including three photos of women in physical education dress, with Walter and Geneva Magee, instructors), rooting section of the Big Game (1909), vacation snapshots, etc. Contains one photograph of Theodore Roosevelt and Benjamin Ide Wheeler walking on campus, probably in 1911. Murdoch (later Mrs. George Simonson) was an architecture student who graduated in 1912.
